Our vision is to lead a movement that empowers the youth through transformational mentorship, leadership development, and the game of chess to equip them with the fortitude, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills to be the change that they want to see creating ripples of positive impact in their homes, schools, communities, and beyond.

Our mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders by fostering a sense of purpose, social responsibility, and critical thinking skills.
Through mentorship, community organizing, and chess, we strive to equip our youth with the confidence and knowledge to tackle real-world challenges head-on and create a brighter future for themselves and those around them.
Mentorship Programming
Our mentoring model combines one-on-one and peer support. Through Mentor Me, youth are matched with mentors based on shared goals and interests. Each One Teach One brings in peer-to-peer mentorship, with high school students guiding younger boys. Weekly group sessions offer a consistent space for encouragement, accountability, and real conversations that help them grow.
Chess Instruction
Chess is more than just a game; it is a powerful tool for enhancing critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Our chess instruction and tournaments provide an enjoyable and intellectually stimulating environment for youth to learn and compete while building strategic minds.
Campaigns, Data Collection, Canvassing
We are passionate about raising awareness and driving change on various social, educational, and relevant issues that matter to our youth. Through advocacy campaigns, we encourage our young community organizers/ activist to use their voices and take action to address pressing concerns in their communities.
